How do the principles of user experience apply to accessibility? How do they differ? User Experience is a competitive business advantage. It allows designers today to identify the needs of our users across their customer journey, helping us create content they find valuable and relevant in context.
Accessibility is not a new concept. More than a legal requirement, it is the right thing to do for your users, ethically and for good business reasons as well. Accessibility is often misunderstood and in the complex world of web site development, seen as another hurdle. This presentation will be examining some of the major trends in UX today and how accessible they may be for the user.
